Not Something You Want To See As You Leave The Restaurant, Part II

Maybe I should have looked at the Department of Health's website before eating at Cafe K last week.

3.)Facility not vermin proof. Harborage or conditions conducive to vermin exist.
4.)Sanitized equipment or utensil, including in-use food dispensing utensil, improperly used or stored.
5.)Evidence of mice or live mice present in facility's food and/or non-food areas.
6.)Cooked or prepared food is cross-contaminated.
7.)Food worker does not use proper utensil to eliminate bare hand contact with food that will not receive adequate additional heat treatment.
8.)Cold food held above 41°F (smoked fish above 38°F) except during necessary preparation.

ate there heaps when i was in NY.
Ugh. And I kept getting the salmon, too... I wonder if that's why I got sick a couple of times the past couple of months, when I rarely do otherwise.

43 is riDICulous. It's surprising to see which Kosher places are actually the cleanest...
Ugh - just realized the inspection was 2/13. That means they didn't fix it up during the month they had... while we were eating there.
